BOB PETTIT RESERVE

Public BBQ

The park is a vast green space that children of all ages can enjoy. It has a huge playground, a skate park, and sports facilities, such as basketball and netball rings and a dirt BMX track. However, the skate park's design may not be up to everyone's expectations. BBQ facilities and covered eating areas make it ideal for family outings. Toilet facilities are available for convenience, though the park could use more shade. While the playground is generally safe, some equipment might need upgrading. The park's large oval is perfect for sports and offers great views. Despite minor areas for improvement, the park offers a pleasant outdoor experience.

Generally, it is permissible to utilize your own gas BBQ, provided it remains under continuous supervision. However, the usage of Charcoal BBQ's is typically restricted, with the exception of parks equipped with designated charcoal disposal bins.
